Initial Assessment Meeting
We’ll meet to talk separately about your situations and assess if mediation could help.

Mediation Sessions
You’ll disclose relevant information and we’ll work through the issues together in joint or shuttle sessions .

Negotiation and Alignment
We’ll aim to reach a fair and lasting agreement between you both through carefully facilitated, constructive conversations.

Written Agreement
These agreements can be formalised into proposals within a Memorandum of Understanding for legal review and conversion into orders.

I started Accordia Mediation because I wanted to help people navigate difficult times of change during separation to a find amicable, constructive solutions. Our goal is to help you reconnect, resolve and move forward.
My approach is professional, approachable and focused on creating a safe space where you can be heard and reach agreements that work best for you and your family.

Initial Assessment Meeting
- Per person
- 60 mins individual meeting with 30 mins preparation and follow up
- Includes letters and calls to the other potential participant
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Joint Session
- Per person
- 90 mins joint mediation session
- Includes document reviewing, record of session, follow ups and communication
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Shuttle Session
- Per person
- 90 mins shuttle session
- Includes document reviewing, record of session, follow ups and communcation

- Written outcome statement summarising proposals in a Memorandum of Understanding, Outcome Statement, Open Financial Statement, Parenting Plans
- *Exact figure to be quoted based on estimated length of time to draft at £150 per hour
